Revenues: Adding $10m/yr through production optimisation (one-mission). In crisis condition, added $100m cashflow through litigation management.

OPEX: five separate 1-2 yr missions (Various countires & assets) each lead to 10 to 30% OPEX reduction, including through restructuration - and not accounting for higher gains related to executed merge synergies where relevant.

CAPEX: Targeted technical and economic optimisation resulting in CAPEX reduction of 0-15% and NPV improvement of 10-50% on $50-500m investments. Primarily achieved through applying critical thinking to pre-requisite and to project objectives.

Development: Designed, procured, installed & commissioned an EPF/Pipeline development within 9 months(2006), Managed and delivered conceptual/basic engineering of a major project in 9 months, Drafted and sunbmitted a PoD oin 2 months (2018), Improved development phasing and/or Drilling proposal to add $10-50m asset value.

Risk Management: Material improvement of metrics in process safety, mechanical integrity, personal safety. Contract strategies reducing or reverting risks. Creation of financing strategies and/or decision trees to maximise outcomes in front of price uncertainties.
